Learn Inner QiGONG

Karen is an experienced and qualified teacher in a form known as Inner QIGONG. 

I continue to study and train with Bill Palmer & Teresa Hadland, at the School of Movement Shiatsu. In the warmer months, I regularly practice in the walled garden of Brockwell Park, and offer one to one from Yoga Point (all year round) & in Brockwell Park during the spring & autumn. There is also the option to learn through online zoom sessions.

What is Inner QIGONG

QiGONG translates as Energy Exercise. It is a system of focused explorations by which you learn to sense and listen to each part of you. 

Inner Qigong is a synthesis of traditional Qigong, Developmental Movement and Somatic Exploration. Its aim is to bring awareness to different body systems such as the inner organs, the fascia, the skeleton and the muscle system and to explore how they all contribute to your ways of being, both in body and mind.

It is not a fixed form of movements to learn but a framework of focused experiments through which encourages different parts of you to work together more harmoniously.
